Announcement From Ms. Vanessa Cole:
I am trying a Scratch Card Fundraiser to request and receive donations from family, friends and co-workers to help Julian's life changing, trip experience to Japan, for two weeks with an organization named "People to People Ambassadors." The fundraising scratch card work as a donation enhancers. Persons wishing to make donations can receive 1 or more scratch off cards. After receiving a scratch off card you can take it to 25 different people and get them to scratch off 2 of the 50 concealed dots. The amount revealed is the donation amount that you request from them. I would need the donations back within a two week period so that the payments can be made on Julian's trip. Each card is valued at $100.
In return for their donation each donor will be given a sheet of very valuable coupons from national merchants as a thank you gifts. The coupons on the national coupon sheet are worth more than $100.

The 41st Wilson Lake Herbert Family Reunion will be held in Columbia, South Carolina. The Newberry, South Carolina Chapter made arrangements with the Radisson Hotel Columbia, 2100 Bush River Road, Columbia, South Carolina, 1-800-333-3333 or 1-803-731-0300. Cost of rooms per night is $110 plus 12% tax. Guest Rooms are Single Occupancy or Double Occupancy. The cut-off date to make reservations is August 4, 2009.









Newberry, South Carolina has made available information and design for T-Shirts:

Children Sizes (S, M, L): $10.00

Adult Sizes (S, M, L XL): $12.00

(2X, 3X, 4X, 5X): $15.00

Color of T-shirt will be Hunter Green w/Gold print.

T-shirt order with money is due no later than May 1, 2009.






Sunday Banquet Menu per adult is $42.00. Children menu (12 and under) is $20.00.
